CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY For sargonbercot.com and direct executive communications

1. COMMITMENT TO DISCRETION I, Sargon Bercot, extend my commitment to data protection to the strict confidentiality of all information entrusted to me. This is a fundamental principle in all my executive relationships and direct communications.
2. DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION For the purposes of this Policy, “Confidential Information” means any and all information of a technical, personal, professional, operational, commercial, financial, strategic, or know-how nature, revealed to me or accessed by me as a result of your interaction or communication. This applies regardless of the form or medium (oral, written, electronic, visual, etc.) and regardless of whether it is explicitly marked as “confidential.”
3. MY CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS I, acting in my individual capacity, and any third parties authorized by me to have access (e.g., virtual assistants under confidentiality agreements), commit to:
Absolute Secrecy: Maintain strict secrecy of all Confidential Information, never disclosing, reproducing, copying, distributing, publishing, selling, or transferring it to any third parties without your express consent.
Exclusive Use: Use the Confidential Information exclusively for the purposes of our interaction and never for unauthorized personal benefit or the benefit of third parties.
Standard of Care: Employ, at a minimum, the same degree of care and precaution in protecting Confidential Information as I use to protect my own confidential information of a similar nature.
Notification: Notify you immediately if I become aware of any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information under my control.
Private Channels: Ensure that information exchanged in private channels (emails, chats) remains strictly confidential and intended only for the purposes of our communication.
4. EXCEPTIONS The obligations established in this Policy do not apply to information that: a) Was already in the public domain prior to being disclosed to me; b) Becomes public domain without any violation on my part or by third parties; c) Was legitimately received by me from third parties not subject to confidentiality obligations with you; d) Is required by law, court order, or regulation, provided that I notify you in advance (if legally permissible) so that you may seek protective measures.
